Username Change Thread

Rules for username changes:

1. If you wish to change your username, you must request it in this thread, no exceptions. Please do not email our Admin email or PM us with name change requests.

2. Search the ADVrider Inmate username list prior to requesting a name change to ensure it's not in use. The username list is available from menu at the top of the forum entitled "INMATES". Please do not ask us to delete someone else's username so you can use it. When searching, it's helpful to add a space at the end of the search. So "XVYZA" becomes "XYZA ".

3. Do not use a bike-related username; bike brand, model or reference in your username. Bikes come and go and you'll be back for another name change. Don't use your geographic location in your username; when you move, you'll be requesting another name change. Such requests will be ignored.

4. Let's face it, changing your username is a pain in the ass not just for us but for your adoring fans. Username changes should be few. One or two is plenty.

5. If you just joined ADV, you must live with your username for three months and have at least 25 posts prior to requesting a name change. Maybe it'll grow on you or maybe you'll find ADV is not for you and move on. Such requests will be ignored.

6 - If you have a checkered history, your name change may be refused. You made your bed, now sleep in it.

We reserve the right to reject your request for any reason. That decision is final so please don't start PMing others to help you.
