Does anyone have the GPS route (tracks) for the dirt ride from
Agua Prieta to Madera and into Creel.

More specifically, the route goes through Huachinera to Tres Rios on the
    way to Madera.

From Madera straight South on back roads to Mexico 16.

I don't have tracks, but do suggest you check out the 40 Casas site near Madera.
There is old, and there's really butt-old. 40 Casas is in the butt category...:D

    Hey Max,
Gaspipe and Gerardo rode that route. You might try pm'ing them for tracks. They also did a ride report. I just spent a couple days riding mountain roads around La Paz, Bolivia and head to Lake Titicaca next.

Yes I know, I rode it with them.
That's when your tranny let go.
I can most likely find my way through,
but wanted to have the route in my GPS .

Sounds like your having a good ride, when are you scheduled to
get back to the states ?

That climb up to Tres Rios is rough thumper country. An alternate way in is through Nacori Chico-Tres Rios . You are going to ride the arroyo from Agua Prieta to Huachinera . ? Some great backcountry. I have all those tracks in my laptop at home.Cant get at them right now. They were all available right here on AdVRider a few years ago. Someone will have them. Maybe a proper search will excavate them.
There's a nice hotel there in Huachinera to rest up for the goat trail.

We just did the tourist thing at Machu Pichu today. My guesstimate is we'll be back in the states after the first week of March. It kind of depends on how we deal with the Darien Gap. We're waiting until we get near to decide on whether we air ship or do one of the saiboats.
