For Askel and the rest of us (myself certainly included) who tend to dismount at unscheduled times and places... This stuff is AMAZING:

I won't comment on just how many times I've had to use it....

I asked him the same thing, I think all that cycling/swimming/running are paying off big time. :ear

Yup, been losing about a pound a week now since I got really serious about it again last summer. Started out at about 280-something, I was 225 yesterday.

Biking really helped a lot this summer. :thumb

My Hood

I couldn't find the pics of Padre's training ride in Miami but let's just say that my training grounds are on the opposite end of the spectrum:D
Also I'd like to thank all of you guys and gals for inspiring me to get competetive this year before it's over.

So here's my rig waiting for me

Headed out my driveway

I bet you don't have the "honor system" in downtown Miami:lol3 There was a $10 bill in the jar to the left I thought about taking to teach him not to be so stupid:lol3

There's a big hill coming up and my bench mark in training is to make sure I can get up it in the big ring. Here's also a couple shots of why I haven't been competetive in the last year. Rolled a tractor over my leg 1 year ago :yikes snapped it in 3 places. I still have an 8" plate and 10 screws. :arg

This is the Airey View Orchard. Several ADVriders have been here back when I had GoonFest. The owner, Holly, brought us out some apple jack to warm us up that day 3 years ago. She bought this property off her grandfather who inherited it from his father. She still operates it as an orchard.
