I swear we must be related. I could hang out at the Deals Gap store or on one of the better corners all day long. In addition to being a damn fun road, it's great for people watching, bike watching and bullshitting.

Agreed on watching the zoo...it's good to go there and kibbitz and talk. I do try to bend through there when traversing, even though I ususally don't even ride the gap...I like the folks.

The guys we're all busting on were the same ones who came and helped me pick my bike up when the center stand broke putting it up for the night...just sayin'.

Folks are cool when ya meet em up close. And who else doesn't want to stay at a place that had to write up a sign like this:

:lol3 We are. No fewer animals here than where you live I've got it on good authority. :D

Goes double for places like Iraq or Kuwait...the latter location where another man actually shit MY pants.

I believe it because we had hajis working at Ford Motor who would stand on the seat and shit all over it. I've even seen them with a foot in the sink, washing before prayers.........

One of the stalls had an inscription:

Ain't no use

Standin' on the seat

'Cause Ford Motor crabs

Can jump six feet!

I was working in Prescott Valley this morning now I'm in Boulder City. I've got work in Vegas in the morning then I head to Phoenix/Mesa.

I like P. Valley a heck of a lot more than the Phoenix area. I think i could hang out there.

:freaky

BTW, I responded cause I'm in your neck of the woods but I live an hour from Deals Gap. An hour if I take good roads on the way there. 45mins if I slab it.

I'd like to go to Deal's Gap sometime in the future just to see everything there. Until then, I think I've discovered a pretty twisty road this past weekend  Check out the bit of asphalt from Prescott, AZ to Jerome, AZ, especially the part that starts at Mingus West - Click here :deal

Cultural/technology confusion at work. When you bring in people who are used to squat toilets, it's a good idea to explain our way of doing things to them. It's a difficult subject for most people to bring up, though.

Sitting toilets are like the 'three seashells'.
