just like most people who ride a bike in no gear or lack of much clothing and eather dont care about there bodys or dont now what will happy if they fall off.
it would take just as much time to put on proper gear as it would ass less chaps and a leather waist coat.

But not nearly as ego boosting. Which is usually the objective of those people's riding.
