Most people time the just over 9 miles between the store and the overlook. The official dragon length can be a lot different depending on who you ask. It was originally tabcat bridge to fugitive dam. Some people think it's the CROT to the bridge and some just do CROT to Overlook. Most times you hear are from either the CROT or overlook to the other one and back, then divided by 2, which is about 9.2 or 9.3 miles one way.

PHP Code:

Yellow Wolf is back on a new yellow wingToo fast for the camera riderMarch 102012

It's only a matter of time...anybody that pushes that close to the limits is just counting down the days.:waysad

How close to Who's limits. I am sure his limits and abilities are different from yours and mine.

Still quick i suppose, having never ridden it. :eek1

Looked it up on the SV board. His stock rear damper was revalved & resprung.

Reminds me of the old joke.

What is an elephants rear legs doing when his front legs are doing 50mph? Hauling ass!

I have no doubt that there have been people saying the same thing about him for many years.:D

You could say "it's only a matter of time" for all of us. We do a dangerous hobby, no matter if we are pushing limits or not. You can get smacked by a car doing under the speed limit in the middle of town.

We are all going to die, some just choose to push the risk envelope just a little more than the rest of us because they rather live life to the fullest.

They have deer in that part of the country? Shit happens, and he doesn't seem to be leaving himself much of an out for when it does.

You could just be cruising along on a straight road, not riding anywhere near your limits and still be taken out by a deer. So what's your point?

I'm going to go out on a limb and say that there are more squids than deers out there...
