:dunno

The reason I ask is I personally don't define failure by what gear a rider wears whether it's ATGATT or their birthday suit. And for all of the strangeness of helmets and things people do to their bikes, it's just a matter of self expression, not failure.

Unless you define failure as not complying with your world view of what a rider and bike should look like, which appears that is what is mostly posted anymore.

To me failure as it relates to riding twisty roads would be any placement for your bike (car, truck or whatever) in a manner that imperials yourself, your pillion or others that share the road.

Or any crash brought on by poor riding skills or showboating for the cameras.

Or poor lane position or line.

Or poor riding position, posture or body mass placement.

Or not looking where you want to go.

Or poor group etiquette.

Or just plain being an jackass.

.

But I'm prolly FOS. :cry

It's part of The Look. Learnt at the H.O.G. MSF course.

Otherwise, you'd ride like this: :D

See and look at the eyes :D squinted close. How can you look and see where you are going when you are grinning that big. You really need a Pillion along to tell you where to go. (hmm I thinks that what she means)

It's the Paul Sr. mustache. It pulls the edges of the mouth down. That is why the "pirates" love them so much. Makes them look bad ass!:lol3
