Looks like great fun. Hey what tyres are those (in particular the front)? I'd be looking for something to use on my supermoto... Didn't know there were any suitable knobs for 17"...

The tyre details are as follows: Continental TKC 80 Front 120/90 – 17 M/C 64S TT M+S Rear 150/70 – 17 M/C 69Q TL M+S I've also added a few youtube links below: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f94jE7jeuNw http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_iRwDiFEYwA http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eLXxl3SOhh0 Regards |
Dubai off pavement looks good too! :thumb Looks like your bike was a bit sleepy on this day! Oh, and that's not a real tiger skin in the background, is it?

Thanks for posting the pictures
To boldly go where no Buell has gone before. I salute you!:thumb

Awesome
Awesome pics! I never thought the Ully could handle that kind of terrain...How about a report?
|
Looks like fun. Might be the first I've seen of a Buell in sand dunes:clap

Wondering how the belt drive likes being buried in the sand. :evil
|
I've never been much of a Buell fan, but with the knobbies and the skid plate, that thing looks badass. Well done.

If not, does anyone know where I can buy one in Cologne, Germany? I'm in Cologne frequently. TIA. Tipsy |
Those are great pictures
Ok so you have the two Ulys side by side, one with knobbies and one with stock. How much of a differance do the knobs make on this bike. I'ts still going to be a heavy pig, but I'm curious if it could handle a slightly muddy track. Greta pics! That Ule looks BA with those knobbies on it, :D .

Now that is what defines DEEP sand... Reaches al the way to the oil wells. I see you removed low front fender - any other mods necessary ?? Looks pretty 'serious' with those TKCs - but more importantly gives Uly some 'bite'. Thanks for the visuals ! Stay cool. j
