Hard coded Bluetooth PIN on GPS

Hi all,

Here in australia there is a motorcycle GPS known as the Go Cruise s350, which was sold with a bluetooth headset. I've been using one of these units since August and they work great together (despite the single speaker for the headset.....) but the main problem with GPS is that the bluetooth PIN must be hard coded into the GPS (somewhere...) and therefore it isn't possible to pair the GPS with other bluetooth headsets, nor is it possible (for example) to pair my iPhone with the headset.

The generic 0000 pin doesn't work......and I'm wondering if there is anyone out there who may know how to find what the PIN is, and where it is possibly stored. The GPS runs Windows CE 6.0, with iGO Amigo mapping software.

The distributers of the unit here in Australia have stated that the GPS is designed to work only with the supplied headset, but I keep thinking that there must be some way to either (a) find the pin and then use it to pair other devises, or (b) load other GPS software that allows the PIN to be changed or discovered.

Any help would be appreciated,

cheers

Anthony.
