I put a similarly sized tire on the stock wheel of my K1200RS. Ordered it from tirerack.com. Has been working great so far. Very cool to see that it works on other bikes too!

Yes is is on backwards, I screwed up, It will be changed before we ship the bike.

DMC sidecars

Leave the tire in place and turn the bike around:D

If we turn the bike around, the sidecar will end up on the right hand side on this bike, we are adding reverse so all will be fine. The sidecar is being built for a quadrapegic person to be able to ride, it will have power steering as well as power brakes, a power ramp and full hand controls as he can move his arms but not his fingers. Shifting, turn signals and reverse will be controled with his wrists.
