Thanks Tesla for posting this, well spotted. Very interesting to get the specs finally and product pics. Perhaps post a reply on the SMH10 thread for those who haven't spotted this (or I can)? Still don't know the price though! Looking forward to its release....

Hope it's well shielded

Last year I tried to hook my Scala headset to a cheap Midland CB, using a Jabra A210 bluetooth adapter. It worked well enough to hear CB comms from the Goldwing riders in the group, but was ear-splittingly painful to transmit and mostly too distorted to be understood. It seemed to me that the 5-watt CB transmission was just too powerful, destroying the milliwatt-ish bluetooth connection - even though the frequency bands don't overlap.

Note that the A210 was designed to connect to a non-bluetooth cellphone, so shielding probably wasn't big concern. I hope the SR10 solves that problem - looking forward to a ride report from the first to get their hands on one of these!

I've very interested to see if this new device will have the possibly of transmitting audio from my Zumo 550. I ride on trips with my wife, brother (on his bike) and a passenger. We all have Sena Bluetooth headsets that work great and adding the capability of my bike streaming out XM music for all of us to bob our heads to would be too cool! :D

Looks like sena just update the website on the sr10. real pictures, not the CGI ones. and no more "Coming soon" No price....

Some are suggesting it'll rrp at $199.

Also, the interwebby chatter is that the Aux Inputs won't support stereo... ie the inputs us Zumo 550 owners were hoping to use to deliver stereo MP3 to our headsets via BT.... grrr. Can only hope the chatter is wrong.

Rocketmoto now has them listed for $149, list price at $199. The are supposed to be in in mid Sept, course they were also supposed to be in in mid Aug also.... They have started a waithing list for those that want them when they come in.

Onlyst problem I see is: My little riding group uses 2 meter Yaesu radios with the new plug adaptor. The Sena website only shows the old adaptor plug. You'd think they would at least update their plug for new radios.

Hmmm, this might be the solutution I am looking for to replace the Starcom1 System me and my wife use. Really getting tired of the wires. But have not seen anything that woudl really fix that problem. But this might be it.

Hope some early adopters post up their experiences with it.

Anybody actually using one yet? I won a free one off facebook from Sena. Should be here in a few days, shipped out today.

Thinking about getting a portable CB radio and if anyone know if it would work just as well as the two way radios.

We just got them in. Initial impressions are pretty good. The only thing you have to keep in mind is with the squelch on a CB. If there is any sound being transmitted into the SR10 then you will not be able to get stereo music.

Once you do have the squelch on the two way set properly, you can have 3 devices on the headset channel (two way radio, gps and radar) plus phone. I think this will really finish off the autocom and starcoms of the world. The transition between the full duplex intercom, stereo and other auxillary devices is great.

Here is a video on how it pairs and plugs into a GMRS radio.

Is what I'm waiting for also. Gonna wait for others to see just how good it works.

Be interesting it see if you would be better off hooking your Iphone to the SR10 using its BT and keeping it all in the tank bag instead of BT directly to the Iphone.

I'm always stopping, removing my helmet and that's when I get a call, trying to turn off the BT on the Iphone or put my helmet back on. If it was wired to the SR, just unplug it and ready to use the iphone regulary with out BT.

Will this bluetooth hub pair up with any b/t comm on the market or just Sena? i.e. can it pair up with a Cardo b/t headset?

my guess is since the sr10 is treated as a "phone" connection, I am hoping that a scala will pair up with it.
