You guys and yer drinkin-trips! At my advanced old age I just cant drink too much anymore. I dont know if I just over did it too many times in college ( :nod ) but my body just doesnt want me drinking - ever.

That's probably a good thing because I found out this year that I have a founding member of AA in my family.... that bein said I try to keep the glass tipping to a minimum.

But here is the horrible irony to this: My grandfather went out and got wasted on Sept. 12 1944 in England and missed his flight the next morning. The airplane was called "Mag the Hag" - the B17 he had been flying in for quite a while as a bombadier. Well because he was drunk the night before, he was late in the morning and they put him on a different B17 and "Mag the Hag" was shot down over Germany. My dad wouldn't be here............ and I wouldn't be here.

Don't forget to hit your local shop or favorite vendor up for something for the SCHWAG drawing after dinner. You don't have to eat the dinner (or pay for one) but you do have to be present at the after dinner festivities at the Amphitheater area. There will be beer and folks to mingle with... I was going to say friends but that can be a tough call unless you bring your own (friends)...

The Wilbers rep here in Germany invited me to come up and get them custom fitted, but the new 4 wheeler just killed most thoughts of that for a while. I was planning on them as I think the Ohlins blow to easily. I'd be interested in your findings...

ted porter in scotts valley (near santa cruz) is a wilbers importer here, does the full setup for beemers, if you end up having to wait til you get back here. if I needed shocks, that would be my go-to.
