They aren't. I googled them and apparently they are a big problem, tearing up the turf in public parks and whatnot. I'm thinking, they are basically riding on the street all the time(when not driving in the city parks or on the sidewalk), why not just get your bikes plated or get a dual sport?

So, now that we know all the stolen dirtbikes in the region are ending up in Baltimore and Philly, what happens next?

Before the cops weren't allowed to chase them for fear of causing accidents. In the new AMA magazine, the city and others like NY are going to start cracking down on dirt bikes. NY, Baltimore, and Philly were havens for stolen dirt bikes.

It's USA, land of freedom, isn't it?

A country where it's common to assume that every CCW gun owner are responsible and bright but every MX bike rider on the street are idiots and dangerous?

It the cops wanted to do something it looks like they couild have them all hemmed in when they are tearing up one of those fenced in parks.
