Thinking of a Food thread -- Where?
 

I've been working with various bulk dehydrated and freeze-dried foods attempting to come up with some recipes for quick-cooking and nutritious road meals that don't break the bank. It's a strictly non-commercial enterprise. I just wanted to save some money and have tasty lightweight stuff available when I'm camped out in the bush.

I was thinking of posting a thread to collect similar recipes from other inmates. Not a "I eat Mountain House" thread, but one with suggestions for stuff that can be put together at home, as well as reviews and suggestions of the ingredients available.

There doesn't seem to be a good place to post a thread like this. Suggestions?
