BMW K75T - Ideas and suggestions

Although I've never done it before, I have an ambition to do a custom project. I have the opportunity to buy this bike (as a donor) at a pretty good price. It's a solid bike with pretty low mileage for it's age. From my reading, it has a good rep for performance and reliability. So….
What to do if I buy it? I'm thinking sort of naked bike with a cafe feel - but not a full on cafe racer, because I'd like it to reasonably comfortable ride.
Searching this forum and the web has found few pics (actually none).
I'm not a fabricator - more of a bolter/unbolter.
Any pictures, leads or ideas from you experts wold be welcome. Thanks

I'd put gas in it and ride the wheels off the thing, looks like it's in nice shape! Those were some of the best bikes bmw ever made.
