All that protocol is not really necessary. There is nothing special to do to leave Panama. The Immigration officer will stamp your bike out here on...

The adventure part seems to be more on the bureaucratic hassle side then on the actual trip:) Much easier on the sailboats... I don't know how other boats do it, but we lift the bike for you and wrap...

Including 3 night 4 day cruise, food, drinks (not alcohol and softdrinks;) and imigration works...
