hey I had the same problem with that bolt snapping. I tried everything to get the snapped bolt out but I ended up having to rebuild the whole motor just to replace that drive shaft. It made me so mad...

ok this may sound dumb but my clutch cover was leaking oil, but i hope i fixed it. But when the motor is running I put the bike straight up so it isn't leaning and the oil window shows no oil.

Yea what Clayjars said, Do it yourself if you feel comfortable with working on the motor. Just take alot of pics so you know how everything goes back together and get the timing right.

I just had to crack my crankcase open on my sp200 same as dr just to replace this drive shaft part b/c a bolt snapped off into it that made me mad lol. but it was a great learning experience good...

can someone give me the torque specs for the bolt that holds the clutch springs on the clutch basket for a 87 SP200 I'm pretty sure the SP is just the street legal version of the 87 dr
