Yeah, got the pegs so I could extend my legs a bit more and so my right heel didn't always hit the rear brake reservoir. I didn't feel too cramped, but for the price of some KnLs, it was worth it....

You'll love the pegs. Lower, longer, and awesome offroad while standing. I ran a file around the outside edge of the teeth as they were chewing up my leather soled boots while riding around town.

Absolutely agree. I could easily do it myself. Multiiple tack welds would limit the heat. That shaft is steel...99% certain anyway.

I went from the Thunderbike slipons to the Zard Cross and love it! The Thunderibke exhaust did sound better though...but not much. I could feel the weight loss immediately and it really cleaned it up.
