I second Zuber's suggestion. A new cylinder is about $450. US Chrome will send yours back looking as good as or better than new. Scary part is that a OE piston is over $400.

Your heated grips should be on a switched accessory circuit, so if you inadvertently leave them on, they don't drain your battery.

Pop your shock off. Take it to your KTM dealer (Or you fav. suspension tuner)and have them change the seal, fresh oil and a recharge and you'll be good to go. While you're at it, yank your forks...

Ballistic batteries

Parts unlimited is now selling Ballistic lithium batteries. Anybody have any experience with these? A bit cheaper than the Shorai. It's getting near to that time on my 990.
