Well, the float valve is now junk. Serious grove worn into the taper, won't even fall out of the assembly when shaking it. Replacement would be $65 after shipping, but I think I'm done with the stock...

Turns out it had a cylinder head gasket leak.

I cleaned the head, re-annealed the copper gasket and put it back together. Seems to be ok, but I'm going to get a head gasket...

Throwing shots in the dark. I haven't known any LED light to actually use 12 volts. How does the bulb step the voltage down to what the LED actually uses? How many amps does the bulb need to function?

I already have a globe/H4 conversion on my KE100. The 6V H4 bulb currently being used draws 35W Low / 35W High.

Another thing you can do to prevent everything rocking around is to use a couple more ratchet straps from the bike to the outer corners of the vehicle. I hook mine on the bumper mounts underneath....
