It should be there on the lower frame tube under the right cylinder. Your powder coater may have laid it on a little thick and filled it in. My '84 has it there. That bike looks great, by the way.

If you put on a siebenrock kit with the R80 3.36:1 final drive mileage isn't great. In my opinion if you upgrade to 1000cc you also need a higher final drive ratio to really make it worthwhile.

The swingarms vary a bit in the thickness of the weld bead just to the side of those nuts. The weld bead one of on mine is particularly fat in one spot making it REALLY tough to get one of the nuts...
