Make sure that you measure the OD. The one I got at Lowes as well as the one I got at Ace Hardware was too small. I understand that The ones that Home Depot sell are the correct 19mm size.

My 93 ST1100 had the same decel headshake, started about 29,000 miles. I put tapered steering head bearings in it and it never had that problem again in the next 50,000+ miles I put on it.
