Tried to call today and got a recording that no CSRs are available after 10 minutes on hold.

Will definitely consider one if the Ortliebs ever...

Try a piece of an old plastic cutting board ( about 1/2" thick) if the hockey puck is too tall. Works great and easy to replace when it wears.
