Sorry,no info about the paint process. This job was done by a local paintshop, with a lot of knowledge on painting PP go-karts fueltanks. Also the shop paints more plastics parts and they did the job...

The engine was withinh its limits of the valves, the changed oil looked very good. And on the first engine run it sounded very very nice....
