Best solvent for parts cleaning tank

Bought a small, bench top parts cleaning tank. Pretty simple, no pump or agitation just a lift out basket with drain holes.

Need to get some solvent for it.

Want to avoid anything water based...

Turns out the property is more west of McMinnville than it is north. About 16 miles NW in fact.

I was able to find it on a plat map. From the satellite map it looks pretty well covered in trees. ...
