might check the coils. When a coil has a break in the windings it can cause the stalling when the coils are warm but will start and run when cold.

running wide in corners
With my road racing bikes I found that the rear shock needs more preload to stop the bike from running wide out of high speed corners! Might give that a try or maybe a new rear spring for your rider...
