Were you not getting any ticking before the adjustment? Most of these I have heard are a little on the sewing machine side anyway.

I sent them the electrical schematic for the 200ES, but they wanted photos of the wiring on the bike as well...which I haven't got around to doing. I think they can probably do it.

If the rear shock is a good bit longer than the stock one, the PO might have been trying to recapture the original steering geometry. There's a pic on this page of such a setup. That one had a 15...

I have one on my BW200. The 25x8-12 isn't as wide as many other tires called 25x8-12. However, the tread works pretty well on the bike.

TW200 engine transplant?

Doesn't the TW200 use a longer countershaft instead of a jackshaft? That means your BW200 hybrid would be out of alignment.

Get a XT225 or TTR225/230 motor instead. It will line right up.

Bore Away - Up to 35mm, anyway.

Several examples of BW200 and BW350 triples (33mm) bored out to accept the 35 mm 1985 Tri-Z forks. General consensus is that trying to go further is folly. Big diameter modern forks will require...
