Yes, and they advise 15K mile inspections for the older system and about 40K for the new. Many, at least 25% need new plastic shoes before 50K miles, ignore it an you can kill the engine.

Heating the housing will minimize it. Then there is Locktite stud and bearing mount. Fantastic stuff. You WILL heat the housing on the next rebuild.
