I saw that after my first post. For 1994 they listed the hub as the same part#, for 1999 they list a different #. I'm guessing that the 600 wheel would still work as long as you use the right hand...

Have you tried riding your WR any distance on a flat road? If you're plated, find yourself an all day loop riding only pavement and dirt roads and give it a try. Personally it would drive me nuts....
