I did a lights spray almost every fill up at around 200 miles.

That can was 20 Euro for 750ml and the 500ml was 17.50...

I change the oil every 2.5k miles sometimes with cheap oil sometimes with posh stuff, air filter, spark plug and rollers at 5k miles and have checked the valve clearance about 4 times in...

I have had Oxford heated grips on 3 of my bikes and have been happy with all of them.

They have changed the dial switch to a Electrical LED temp control switch that works well for me.
