PivotPegz on my Vstrom are great. Aggressive so my boots can't slip off. Larger surface area than conventional pegs, spreads the weight over more boot surface so better for standing up.

Bear Tooth Pass

The more times you ride the Bear Tooth the better you trip will be. Stay overnight in Red Lodge and the next day the morning sun and shadows will give you a chance to get some of the pics you missed....

MapSource and Base Camp are both way to complicated for some of us to be bothered. I've no doubt that a proficient user can do neat stuff; but I've ridden my Vstrom with a Zumo 550 to all 10...

A white helmet is always the least expensive. Add your own reflective material material for less than expensive manufacturer's paint and white doesn't show scratches.
