So, what happened was I purchased the non running bike for very little. It turned out to be a stuck compression release. The bike fired up and then I shut it down to work on it and replace parts....

I had the same problem with my SuperDuke. I installed the new set of pipes a power commander USB and map and also the o2 sensor eliminators. It made a huge difference.
