His response of 118 being needed seems predicated on the stock 116 working for 14/48 with the axle blocks being in the stock position. My experience was that the axle blocks need flipped for 14/48...

I thought the frame, swingarm, etc., was the same on the 350's and 500's? I had to flip the axle blocks to run the 14/48 I'm currently running on my 350 with the stock chain. :dunno

I had some MotoZ rear on my 350 that was not DOT rated and it wore very quickly. I think some of their tires are natural rubber and some aren't, and apparently it makes a decent difference.

Agree on the lots of weight needed. Even with Motion Pro Lite Locks, it took 3.5 oz on the front and 4 oz on the rear for the OEM tires. Made an enormous difference on the road.
