So I pulled the clutch jet,,, pluged of course.
I cleaned it and put it back together, Going to Start it in 1st, Hold the clutch in, and ease on the rear break.

Shims
It's a 2004 KTM 950,
So I must have gotten some bad advice somewhere...
For some reason I thought with the earlier models I was not to use those shims,
I will install those today and see...

Problem Here: Clutch vs Part-time Mechanic
Just my luck, Its finally nice here in the pacific north wet and the ktm is giving me a hard time.
So I went out for a ride the other day and the clutch slave started leaking oil all over the place....

Weeping fork seals..
I learned a good trick some time ago, Take a business card and slide it up under the dust boot and under the fork seal and run it all the way around. It cleans those pesky seals and its soft enough...
