The 80 and the 90 are aspect ratios. 130/90 = tire profile is 90% height of the 130 width. Not much to be concerned about on a KLR, that is my opinion for what it's worth.

They do show 3 for a 2001 E. I think you can find out which model yours is by the vin #, some DRZ experts may know how to find the model i.e Y, K3, K4 model etc.

Also, the 2003 should have the upgraded cam chain tensioner. The 2001 will have the old style, myself and others don't trust those. Cost about $50.00 to replace the old style with a manual tensioner....
