Thanks for the advice. I have washed my bike recently and the Smoke disappears..For sure, it was the chain lube dripping onto the headers as it get hot.. phew!! Certainly it made me worried...

I used my old smelly neoprene knee guard. Cut it to size, got it sewn with velcro. And wrap it.
Been using it for a year. Works like a charm.

Put a washer or two in between the bolt that holds the front sensor.
This will space out the distance of the sensor to the abs ring. Works for my dakar and 800gs.

I just an oversize long nut as a spacer as I tuck the long wires behind the VR.
For the my preload adjuster, I move it up, bolting only on 1 bolt. So far its tight.
Anyway i only adjust my preload...
