I recently heard that Belgian fuel is dodgy, just out of interest.

They're good cases.
The latch on mine has done 6 or 7 years without any problems and you could always fit different cords (sink plug chain/thin nylon cord?) so you get the length you need.

I use a Coleman lantern in my tent.
At rallies while I get ready for sleep, 5 minutes is enough to warm the tent quite nicely while I get into the sleeping bag.
I've always had a lot of beers when I do this :freaky but still...
