I use either an Arai XD4 or a Shoei RF1100. The Shoei is definitely quieter but I wouldn't call it quiet. The only way I know to keep the wind noise down is to tuck in under a windscreen.

Whenever possible, after dropping your bike on a hill, rotate the bike so the wheels are downhill. Makes the job of lifting the bike way easier.
