I had an 1150adv a few years ago that sucked in at the rear outsides, kind of like too dents between riders legs. Vacume, clearly, noticed a sucking sound at the gas station when opening the gas cap....

I put mine on it's side stand, then put twice the cam style straps to the side rails in a penske truck that seemed needed. 700mi, i checked on it a few time. I had some soft house stuff around...

Piaa light brackets.....

Built these brackets out of aluminum L channel.....$20 or so. I like the small PIAA 1100Xs, didn't feel I needed a large heavy $200 light bar....

I've had 3 1200GSs and an HP2, 80-100k or so and never had any sort of problem.......the HP2 had some warranty stuff, small things like side stand switch.......

It is a bike that likes to be tinkered with......

I tightend up the rear suspension, which raised it back up and that seemed to help.

It's not really dented, more like out of round and wobbles.....drives me nuts at 40mph........the cross spokes are really hard to correct......

My 06 HP2 has had a bunch of engine cut out going on above low RPM, it's the side switch stand on mine, believe it or not. Try kicking the the side stand up and down (part way) while moving and I bet...
