Barkbusters busted

I just happen to have a set of Barkbusters in the garage in the original shrink wrap. So I weighed myself then picked up the busters and lo and behold, 4.2 pounds and that's without the plastics....

Just found this RR tonight. Thanks for including the description of how the Owyhee Mountains got their name. I worked in an office building looking south at those mountains for 9 years. I'm pretty...

Longtime Lurker first time poster (here)

I spent a year trying to figure out whether to go with a WR250R or a CEF250L. I rented a LRP on Maui last winter, and while I was not impressed by the suspension, everything else seemed fine, so last...

NC700X seat

I have done several 6 plus hour days on my NC700X and not had any problem with the seat. One of the best stock seats I've ridden. That being said, many people do complain about the seat. There's a...

Me too. Rode that SL125 all over the backroads on Cape Cod (upper Cape). I don't ever remember a problem with the sand either. One time I was pretending to be Mr. Trials riding next to a creek and...

Excellent point. I think that is what Honda is up to trying to lure in the younger riders with their NC700DCT auto transmission model and a few other entry level bikes. Unfortunately I think this...

Tkc

Great news that there's an alternative to the TKC80s. I just put a pair on my NC700X so I won't need the Shinkos for a few weeks. OK maybe they'll last until July. But I doubt it.

InReach v. Spot

Sorry about the crash. Great story. Delorme should be paying you some kind of royalties. I have a Spot, but it doesn't do the texting thing. This RR sold me on a new rescue device. Antonio should...

Real problem is EPA

You can't legally import a bike from another country unless it meets USA emissions standards. But this is the exact same engine as the USA bike you say. Of course it is and there's even an exception...

CRF250L v. WRR v. KTM 350 EXC-f

In January I rented a CRF250L and rode it around the Hana Road on Maui. It was abundantly clear the suspension would never do. After reading more, it was obvious that a WRR was a better choice even...

WR450F Exists. I personally tried one on for size

I threw a leg over a WR450F today right here in Southern Idaho. I really liked it. Taller than a WR250R and 30 pounds lighter. Saddle is a typical motoX and would have to go, an easy fix at Fisher...

Mendoza south thru Patagonia is just like Wyoming only with less guns and better wine.
