I only can say that when I did the 520 conversion to my XT350, I used a front sprocket from a TT350. I don't know if the XT250 and the TT350 use the same front sprocket

It would be there, not here (europe) where the XT cames with stock 19/52, nor USA where she cames with stock 19/55. Both with 428 chains. Very different than the TT, which always comes with 520...
