I guess I will pull it apart again. Maybe the problem is between the cylinder and reservoir. The screws are stripped and corroded. I will have to drill them out.

It has no brakes, I put a rebuild kit in the master cylinder, still no brakes.

Did you switch over to LED turn signals by any chance? I just put new clutch plates and cable in mine. Pretty easy job. It was draggin and wouldn't go into neutral while running.
