Any luck?

Id like to remove them as well. I have a Honda, not an Acerbis!

(plus given the quality of the hardware, I'd be scared to go far with an Acerbis motorcycle).

Any success?

Not too sure about reliability

It's been ages since they build the Super Tenere 750, but I still remember the many times I had to push the $%$%## bike because of mechanical problems.
