I figured there was a reason M14 bolts came up when I did a search for DR350 magnetic drain plugs...Suzuki must have changed the thread size at some point.

I can vouch for the fact that IMS tanks tend to run larger than spec...I regularly put just over 5 gallons in my 4.9 gal IMS tank on my DR650 if I had to switch to reserve to get to the gas station....

Probably...it's fairly common practice. AFT varies quite a bit from each manufacturer, but it seems to be in the range of 5-10wt and has a lot of the same additives as fork oil (anti-foaming, etc..)....

Just to follow up...MotoSport did have the tank in stock because it shipped today! My seat concepts seat came in as well so it looks like I have a couple hours of work to do this Saturday.
