Have you checked continuity between the terminals that hold the fuse and the ends of the wire they are allegedly attached to? I have seen and had a bad crimp in a terminal and in a fusebox terminal...

Yeah, the problem was to test my set-up...

Yeah, the problem was to test my set-up (installing LED lights and testing same), the engine had to at least turn over to activate the headlight relay.
