Airhawk makes a patch kit.

The "bladder" is silicon I think, so I am not sure a rubber patch would work. More likely some silicon would.

My 07 GSA TPM went out, I assume dead batteries..

Tried soldering new batteries, but think I over heated them...did not work.

So, my assumption is that BMW gets their units from manufacturer ...

I did mine some months ago. Didn't have the tabs and did 't work. Not sure if I got batteries too hot or what.

I have Escort for years, along with GPS, Ipod,Aux Lights. I installed a fuse block powered via a relay which is keyed from the GSA's "parking" light. If the bike is oh, the circuit is hot.

Looking for good-economical hotel and/or campground in/around Waynesville area.

Blue Ridge Motorcycle camp appears to not be open yet.??
Most "campgrounds" are RV places- not for tents.

What is your experience with Jump batteries, like the Antigravity Batteries?

Prices are coming down and they are smaller than jumper cables for a saddle bag.

I found I had to go up sizes on the jacket to get the sleeves long enough... 37".

I will likely go with the Kilimanjaro in TALL next time as I typically have to...

OK, I'm a Clydesdale... Don't know what thin looks like- on me.

I have 07 GSA with Ohlins. NOT cheap but really work.

As stated, new springs will only help ride height and keep from bottoming....

I've had the discovery jack and their pants for many years. Only issue is the jacket now really needs Nicwax or something as it leaks air.

Thankfully haven't taken a fall.

I have a 2007 GSA with wire wheels and a LT. The LT rear is a bugger! It will check your religion!

With the GSA, I have to have the taller NoMar rim...

Check out Ram's got a "box" for Iphone... I think it will fit the 6. However, they said the finger print will not work with it.

They also have several phone mounts.

Some times, KOA seems to have a campground in a good place. I have never stayed at one....

you might try for parts. They have a lot of hard to find connectors.
Amphenol is a company that makes many different connectors.

Also, sometimes you can find a cord with connectors...

Fork fix

First smooth the edges. I used an old spoons back side to rub the edges flat and smooth.

Super glue....then put Scotch tape over the area so the glue will set and set flush. Then wet sand down...

Metzler 880 with proper inflation really last. They have a nice round profile that should help your turning. They last longer than any tire I've had...yet.

Also, the Bridgestone 020 wears good...

I have the Tour Master mess in light grey. They are comfortable and cool.

That said part of the cool comes from them being light color.! Think.... Light color reflects heat/sun. I have vented...

I lifted the tabs off the old batteries and soldered to the new ones. Usually not a problem if you don't hold the heat to them too long.

07 GSA.

Batteries in tire pressure monitor went out. I cut them open and soldered in new batteries.

Apparently the fault codes have to be reset to get it to work as I am still sowing a tire...

Usually, firm foam helps, as it does not shape into your but crack and irritate the coxic.
