They have a life span of something like 50000 hours so in the grand scheme of things will outlast the bike. They are also more like circuits than bulbs so not exactly end user friendly.

Sounds like either the crank or gearbox input seal has failed and covered your clutch in oil. A high gear low RPM puts the biggest strain in the clutch which is why it is slipping in 6th.

Hmm you may have a bad battery or something has happened electrical wise to drain the battery. To kill it that bad in an hour is a pretty big drain.

None of those are for a 1200GS. The whole unit is only about 20mm thick if you exclude the brows. I had mine off the bike 2 weeks ago and and there was no sign of replaceable bulbs.

Could be wrong but I am pretty sure they are already LED only they aren't replaceable bulbs but part of the circuit boards. You could change them but you would have to be good with a soldering iron.
