Added precaution: Check the holes on the trackbar mounts. Make sure they are not oval shaped now. Make sure the holes on the trackbar itself are not ovaled too. Re-torque to spec.

IF OP has confirmed the temp is going over 220 degrees Fahrenheit, how about a resistor on the engine temp sensor? This fools the computer to think it is a diff temp and thus adding fuel.

I rode my dr350 and dr650 more in the dirt with the sumo wheels than I did with the dirt wheels... just saying. I had distanzia tires and I could not out ride the tires.
