Mine is a bear to start when it sits out in the cool/cold weather overnight. Usually end up kicking and hitting the e start mid kick to get it going.

Because it's valved for a straight rate spring. You would need a revalve if you put a progressive spring in. which would work but not with just a spring swap.

Nope, cleaned that during the whole process over the weekend. If raising the tps doesn't work, which I think it will, the injector is my next step.
It's just a sporadic stall when off the throttle....

I just went out into the garage and checked my tps setting. its right where I originally had it at .652. I then adjusted it to .602 (spec is .601) and started up the bike....

I'm going to lower the tps and see what happens. As far as the stalling issue, it was a lack of fuel problem not a idle problem. I always ran my idle much higher than stock then at 100 hrs it started...
