Getting a Forza

Just made a deal with yesterday so I'll be getting the first Forza my dealer gets in. Trading my Sportster and getting out of motorcycles. From now on it will be the Forza and my high mileage Helix.

valve adjustment

Many thanks for the information. That's not very often but is it difficult to access the valves and are they tappet and screw or shims? I like to do as much routine maintenance myself as possible....

Valve adjustment

Does anyone know whats involved in doing a valve adjustment? Shims or adjuster with locknut? How easy is it to gain access to valves? Do you have to remove a bunch of body panels?

I got impatient waiting and bought a new 2009 XL883L my dealer had on the floor. Has 427 miles now and I'd like to sell it to get the CB1100. Had a new 1969 K bike back in the day. A green one. They...

KOA Campgrounds

KOA's are very overpriced and often along interstates where you hear traffic all night long. I'd try local and private campgrounds along the way. State parks etc. Cheaper and better.

Ride it like it is. If the seats not perfect buy a Alaska Sheepskin from Alaska Sheepskin Company. Don't try to change an already great bike. Just ride it.

Tefco dry legs

They are Tefco Dry Legs made by a company in Texas. They also made an awsome m/c camping trailer. I think only a few were ever produced. I had Dry Legs on my 1986 R65 S.

400 single

Why are there so many sissies out there? If you can't kick it don't ride it. I rode XLCH Sportsters for years and Velocettes. All it takes is learning the starting drill and knowing your bike.
